What RepAlong handles, when data is sent to our services, and how you can manage your information.

Scope and contact
This policy covers the RepAlong (練好練滿) app and this website. The service is provided by the RepAlong developer. Contact the email below for privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete data.
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, the app handles profile settings, age, height, weight, fitness goals, workout records, meal records, conversations, and photos or other media you choose. Apple or Google sign-in processes authentication identifiers and account information returned by that provider. Guest use may also create an anonymous service-side sign-in identifier.
Local and cloud processing
Workout, meal, profile, and chat data are stored on your device. When you use AI features, relevant prompts, conversation context, necessary profile or training/nutrition information, and photos you submit are sent to our services for processing. Signing in does not automatically sync all local data. The device transfer feature temporarily uploads the backup you choose to transfer.
AI and service providers
Supabase provides authentication, storage, and AI request transport. Our backend processes AI requests using model providers including Anthropic, and OpenAI for image generation features. Information sent depends on the feature you select. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in chats and images. Providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Purposes and permissions
Information supports plans, records, AI chat and analysis, device transfer, account management, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Camera and photo permissions support content you choose to capture, select, or save. Notification permission supports reminders and can be changed in system settings. This website has no third-party advertising trackers or analytics tools.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain on your device; deleting a cloud account does not erase all device records. Service-side AI requests and related content may be retained for features and troubleshooting. Use account deletion in the app or contact us with a data deletion request. Transfer staging has a three-day validity period. Cloud account data, related AI records, and transfer staging are removed through the deletion process. Hashed device identifiers and trial start information may remain for abuse prevention. “Reset” does not erase all records.
Website connections and security
Cloudflare and web servers deliver this website and may process technical logs such as IP addresses, request times, paths, and browser information for delivery and security. This website has no account sign-in or data-entry forms; contact links open your own email application. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not email passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices and changes
You may adjust permissions, stop using individual AI features, or request access, correction, or deletion. Users below the local age for consenting to data processing should involve a parent or guardian. Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.
